theSPOT provides wigs, bundles, hair accessories, beauty products, and related services. We strive to ensure all product descriptions, photos, and details are accurate, but slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur.

2. Sales Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of beauty and hair products, used, worn, altered, or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged for sanitary reasons.

3. Payments

Payment must be completed before products are shipped or services are provided. Fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized disputes will be investigated and may result in legal action.

4. Shipping & Delivery

theSPOT is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

5. Appointments & Deposits

Deposits made for appointments are non-refundable unless canceled by the business. Late arrivals may result in shortened services, rescheduling, or cancellation.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, product photos, graphics, designs, and content associated with theSPOT are the property of theSPOT and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

theSPOT shall not be held liable for allergic reactions, misuse of products, improper installation, or damages resulting from customer negligence. Customers are encouraged to properly care for all products and follow provided instructions.

8. Privacy

Customer information provided during purchases or bookings will remain confidential and will not be sold or shared except as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

theSPOT reserves the right to update or modify these terms and policies at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
